We invite you to meet some of our key personnel.

Nick Rumenos

Managing Director

Nick Rumenos is the owner of Griffin Civil and operates with a hands-on approach to ensure complete client satisfaction. He has three decades of experience in all aspects of civil construction, from constructing major roadways and intersections, and subdivisions to managing bulk earthworks on a mining project. Nick has expanded the company in recent years by diversifying into plant hire and is now managing Griffin’s Carnarvon branch.

Daniel Rumenos

General Manager

Daniel Rumenos became the General Manager of Griffin in 2012 and is now responsible for the overall strategic planning and direction of the company, as well as daily operations. He manages and coordinates the work of project managers and provides reports to the MD on the functioning of all departments and projects.
Daniel has over 10 years’ experience in the supervision of mining and earthworks contracts, roadworks, and underground services. Daniel has survey experience and worked 5 years project managing earthworks and roadworks crews prior to becoming GM.

Candice Rumenos

QHSE Manager

Candice was employed by Griffin Civil in 2009 to develop, implement and manage Griffin’s Integrated Management System. Griffin achieved CCF certified status in 2010 against the CCF Civil Construction Management Code and has continued to maintain this certified status. Candice manages the maintenance of the management system that covers the pertinent elements of Quality Assurance (ISO 9001-2008), Occupational Health & Safety (AS 4801-2001) and Environmental Management (ISO14001-2004) standards.
Candice ensures business operation, OH&S, environmental and quality practices are maintained at the highest level.

Pam Laidler & Brittney Spencer

Administration Department

Griffin’s current administration team came together in October 2013. This team manages the financial reporting and ensures smooth running of our day to day business operations. They coordinate and direct support services which allow the business to run efficiently and provide experience and expertise in effective business management.
